Always free shipping

All orders ship free, with no minimum, across Israel and worldwide. Every shipment comes with a tracking number.

Shipping in Israel

• Price: free.
• Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days.

International shipping

• Price: free.
• Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days, depending on the destination.
• Customs and taxes: any taxes, customs or import fees in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
• Currency: for customers abroad, prices are shown in US dollars for convenience, and you are charged in Israeli shekels. Your bank converts the amount automatically.

How your order ships

• Products ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses, in protective packaging.
• An order with several products may arrive in separate parcels.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates in business days (Sun–Thu, excluding Fri, Sat and holidays).
• In special circumstances (holidays, carrier backlogs, the security situation or customs delays) there may be delays, and we will keep you updated.

Order tracking

After you order, you will receive a confirmation email, and once the order ships you will receive a tracking number. Please make sure your address, phone and email are correct so delivery is not delayed.
