General

Welcome to NOIRA, an online store for bags, wallets and accessories in genuine and vegan leather. The site is operated by licensed dealer 320434418, 3 Aloney Noah St., Kiryat Motzkin, Israel. Use of the site and purchases on it are subject to these terms.

Who may buy

Anyone aged 18 or over, or a minor with parental consent, who holds a valid credit card or another payment method shown on the site.

Products, materials and prices

  • Prices are in Israeli shekels and include VAT. Shipping is free.
  • The material of each product (for example genuine cowhide or vegan leather) appears on its page, as declared by the maker.
  • Genuine leather is a natural material: small marks, creases and shade differences between pieces are part of its character, not a defect. New leather sometimes has a typical scent that fades over time.
  • Vegan leather is a synthetic material (usually polyurethane) with no animal components.
  • Photos are for illustration. There may be slight differences in shade (also due to screen settings), size or non-material details. Sizes on product pages are approximate and may differ by 1–2 cm.
  • We make every effort to keep information accurate. In case of an obvious error in price or description, we will notify you and you may choose to proceed or cancel for a full refund.
  • Benefits and discounts, such as the newsletter welcome discount, apply under the conditions shown on the site at the time of purchase and do not combine unless stated otherwise.

Ordering and payment

An order is accepted once payment is approved, and a confirmation is sent by email. If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and refund it in full.

Product warranty

All products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of receipt: seams coming apart, zips, buckles and hardware. In case of a fault, contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will replace the product or credit you, as appropriate. The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, stains, moisture, heat exposure or damage from unreasonable use.

Privacy

Your details are used only to handle your order and for service, and are not passed to anyone except those needed to deliver the order (such as the carrier and the payment processor). More details in our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The site content, including texts, design and logo, belongs to NOIRA or its rights holders and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the product, as far as the law allows. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as carriers, the security situation or force majeure.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and every purchase on the site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Haifa district.
